Apakah sama draft declaration dan declaration yang dihasilkan di Bali ?
Berikut adalah draft declaration yang panitia dan kemenlu buat yang rencananya akan dibagikan tapi saya nggak setuju karena sebagai akademisi sangat nggak fair kalau mereka sudah disodori suatu naskah yang tinggal di gong-in. Kemudian dibuat point of Discussion yang mengarahkan agar diskusi dengan waktu yang pendek ini bisa lebih fokus. Jadi point of Discussion lebih merupakan trigger untuk memudahkan ketua sidang.
Sebagai contoh diskusi Pasien panas tinggi kemudian koma statement ini merupakan trigger yang diberikan maka akan dibuat point of discussion bagaimana mekanisme panas dan etiologi terjadinya panas? Faktor resiko yang mungkin terjadi apabila panas tidak turun. Mengapa koma kemungkinan apa saja penyebabnya ? Pendarahan otak atau Radang otak ? Penyakit apa yang mungkin mengaerah kepada diagnosis di atas ? Kesimpulan sebagai pembuat trigger sudah tahu bahwa pasien panas tinggi dan kemudian koma maka dia menderita meningitis (ini conclustion)
Namun sangat disayangkan banyak praduga yang mengatakan underbow pemerintahlah atau naskah sudah disiapkanlah seolah kerja panitia selama ini sia sia. Bahkan kemenlu bilang nggak mau campur tangan untuk urusan konten silahkan blogger merumuskan sendiri.
We, the Blogger of the Member States of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) (hereinafter referred to as “ASEAN Blogger”), namely Brunei Darussalam, the Kingdom of Cambodia, the Republic of Indonesia, the Lao People’s Democratic Republic, Malaysia, the Union of Myanmar, the Republic of the Philippines, the Republic of Singapore, the Kingdom of Thailand and the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam, on the occasion of the ASEAN Blogger Conference in Nusa Dua, Bali, Indonesia;
MINDFUL of the existence of ASEAN Charter and mutual interests among blogger of ASEAN Member States and convinced of the need to strengthen further the existing bonds of regional solidarity and cooperation;
DESIRING to establish a firm foundation for common action to promote cooperation among blogger in ASEAN in the spirit of equality and partnership and thereby contribute towards peace, progress and prosperity in the region;
Recalling the Statement by the President of the Republic of Indonesia at the opening of the 44th ASEAN Foreign Ministers Meeting (AMM);
Noting the Roadmap for an ASEAN Community 2009-2015 related to ASEAN Socio-Cultural Community Blueprint enshrined in pertinent characteristics and elements in Building ASEAN Identity, including promotion of ASEAN awareness and a sense of community and engagement with the community;
Reaffirming our commitment to support the establishment of an ASEAN Community that is guided by the purposes and principles as contained in the Bali Concord II;
Do hereby declare:
First, the establishment of a Blogger Community for Regional Cooperation among the ASEAN Member States to be known as the ASEAN Blogger Community (ABC).
SECOND, that the aims and purposes of the Community shall be:
1. To encourage the ASEAN Member States to establish and develop direct communication channels as well as other communication protocols/modalities between these ASEAN Blogger Community Chapter in every ASEAN Member State in order to share updated information and to promote open discussion in implementing the ASEAN Socio-Cultural Community Blueprint;
2. To support the ASEAN Member States to promptly create a sense of belonging, consolidate unity in diversity and enhance deeper mutual understanding among ASEAN Member States about their culture, history and religion at all levels of society;
3. To encourage the ASEAN Member States to intensify cooperation in communication strategy of ASEAN Member States in promoting ASEAN identity and awareness and people-to-people interaction, primarily within ASEAN, but also between ASEAN and its Dialogue Partners
4. To promote cooperation and information sharing between ASEAN and Dialogue Partners in order to strengthen ASEAN’s connectivity through dedicated blog portal(s) about its common interest.
5. To strengthen and develop coordinated regional approaches, and create operational mechanisms, plans and communication systems to prepare for and ensure rapid and effective Information and Communication Technology (ICT) to promote ASEAN people engagement and empowerment in the context of ASEAN Community building and identity by 2015;
THIRD, that to carry out these aims and purposes, the following machinery shall be established:
(a). Annual Meeting, which shall be by rotation and referred to as ASEAN Blogger Conference.
(b) A Standing committee, under the chairmanship of the ASEAN Blogger Community chapter of the host country or his representative.
(c) An ASEAN Blogger Community Chapter in each ASEAN Member State to collaborate with other ASEAN Member States to ensure timely information, proliferate and multiple contacts between ASEAN citizens;
FOURTH, that the Community is open for participation to all Blogger in the ASEAN Member States subscribing to the aforementioned aims, principles and purposes.
FIFTH, that the Community represents the collective will of the blogger of ASEAN to bind themselves together in friendship and cooperation and, through joint efforts and assistance, secure for their peoples and for posterity the blessings of peace, freedom and prosperity.
Dan naskah diatas tidak kita bagikan kesiapapun tidak juga ke ketua sidang sehingga biarkan diskusi mengalir apa adanya. Mungkin memang banyak kendala yang tidak matang sehingga tidak semua peserta datang sudah dengan bekal yang cukup. Sementara panitia dengan segala kekurangannya harus mempersiapkan banyak hal dan teknis yang tidak mudah.
ASEAN Bloggers Declaration
1. We, the ASEAN bloggers, gathered in Bali, on 16th November 2011, aligned with the 19th ASEAN Summit, acknowledge the role and contributions of social media for the establishment of ASEAN Community 2015.
2. We, the ASEAN bloggers, aspire to seek the freedom of expressions among us as enshrined in Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
3. We, the ASEAN bloggers, in the spirit of partnership and solidarity among the family of people from ASEAN countries, independent of political influence, are determined to use social media in the development of ASEAN’s political, economic, and social-cultural potentials with the aim to promote understanding among ASEAN people.
4. We, the ASEAN bloggers, are determined to develop cooperation in all fields under ASEAN’s One Vision, One Identity, and One Community.
5. We, the ASEAN bloggers, are committed to ethical and positive demeanor, respectful of the rights of authors attached to articles, photos, and videos, and other creative products.
6. We, the ASEAN bloggers commit to:
a. Declare the 16th November as the ASEAN Bloggers’ Day.
b. Develop communication platforms, both at the national and the sub-regional levels, taking into account the interest of people participation in the rural areas of ASEAN countries.
c. Organize future activities to encourage closer contact among bloggers.
d. Mandate the Indonesian ASEAN Blogger Community President to coordinate and communicate to all their counterparts from ASEAN countries regarding development and progress achieved in accordance with the Declaration.
7. We, the ASEAN bloggers, encourage all bloggers to join our efforts in making this Declaration a reality.

Last but not least saya pribadi mohon maaf yang sebesar besarnya kepada seluruh peserta you are all the best Insya Allah dimasa mendatang kita persiapkan lebih matang lagi dan andai kalian tahu betapa kita menangis darah berjuang untuk event ini terlaksana.
